Si no puede ingresar, lo primero que debe revisar es ver si no esta usando su teclado con mayusculas, "caps lock" debe estar apagado. Su nombre de usuario y clave son sEnsItivos. No es lo mismo ClaVe SecreTa que clave secreta. Si aun no puede ingresar puede pedir recobrar clave secreta si aun esto no funciona, intente contactarnos.
